New Brush Sets + Tools From Real Techniques!
Real Techniques is certainly setting off a buzz this spring! They have made plenty of room in their line and have rolled out a hefty total of six new brush kits, and they have you completely covered! From base makeup, to eyes, to brows, to contouring and blushing, this brand is rocking it this year! I have been seeing these sets pop up in my local Ulta and Target, and managed to snap some phone pics of the sets! I am not being sponsored in any way, and neither Nic or Sam have a clue who I am. I'm just here to tell you about exciting new releases! So, here they are!

'What The Heck?' Product Regret: Pixi Lash Line Ink Review (Please Don't Waste Your $$)
Hello all you beautiful people! Hope you're having a fantastic day so far! I have been in the process of moving my storage to a new town this past couple of weeks, so that's the boring reason why I've been a bit lagging and dragging my feet a bit on the blog. So excited to be back, though!
So, back to it: There's a series I think I want to begin on this blog, and the overall point of the posts in the series will be to discuss and review some of the various products that really didn't live up to my expectations, and that I pretty much regret ever wasting my hard-earned bacon on. To be blunt, this series will focus on the product purchases that I feel quite strongly about. 😄 May I present to you the first product in this 'What The Heck?' series, the Pixi Lash Line Ink in 'Black Silk.'

Clearance Finds, Baby!
Good day to you all! Well, I must say, it is a rare occasion that I get suckered into clearance beauty buys, with me being the healthily cautious person that I am. Just being real here, because in so many cases, those products are just sitting there on the shelf with molested safety seals and peeled plastic labels with a clearance sticker barely hanging off the side, yet holding on for dear life in the mere hope that someone may come along...and, I just can't...in most instances.
However, I know for a fact that none of my local Targets have carried NYX until just recently, probably within the last few months. So, when I saw an entire display right in front of the pharmacy, of exclusively NYX Butter Glosses, and that half of the shades were already on clearance (only a dollar and some change off of the regular $4.99 price, down to $3.87 each or something close to that, but I digress), let me tell you, I couldn't snatch them up fast enough, because I realized at that very fateful moment that I didn't have a single red or bright violet gloss in my existing collection.
It's been a long time that I've been meaning to try Sephora's Formula X nail polishes, and when I stopped in my local Sephora and saw that some of the Xplosive Top Coats and Electrics were in the sale section, I may have squeaked a little. Those are further down in the post.
